Michael Keaton (born Michael Keaton) is an American actor who has worked as a producer, director as well as a producer. The actor is most well-known for the film 'Birdman. Keaton is adept at both comedy and dramatic. He also has played a few romantic characters and played in numerous action films during his professional career. He began to take an interest in performing and acting when the age of his teens and tried his luck at stand-up comedy as a young man. While his stand-up comedy did not go well, it helped in the development of his acting. He was unable to achieve the success he had as a comedian, so the next step was to become a cameraman at the cable channel. This job was where he discovered that it was his dream to be before cameras. In a few episodes, Mister Rogers Neighborhood, he got a television part. The actor was naturally talented and became very popular on TV. He embarked on an acting career in film with huge goals and gained a lot of fame for his comedic performances. His career was further enhanced after he was praised in the role of Batman in Tim Burton's Batman. In time he grew up in the field of acting and then began working in productions and directed films. His performance in 2014 as Birdman garnered him many accolades and nods.
